Payment Options
Pay for your subscription in a single payment at the time of purchase. Current subscribers will be automatically renewed and charged on May 3, 2023.
Break up the cost of your subscription purchase into installments with our payment plan option. There is no additional fee or interest accrued if you choose to use the payment plan to pay for your season tickets. The first payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made via credit card. The remaining payments will be automatically charged to that same credit card on subsequent dates. Available payment plan options will be presented to you during checkout.

The value of your ticket is safe.
In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.
If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.
Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through Broadway Across Canada. Some restrictions apply. The above policies apply to tickets sold by Broadway Across Canada for presentations at Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to Broadway Across Canada® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the Broadway Across Canada Calgary 2023-2024 Series Offer Details posted on this page. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.
HEALTH PROTOCOLS: COVID-19 health and safety protocols may be in effect for the performances in this season; updates will be sent to ticket holders before each event or posted on the Broadway Across Canada website. All ticket holders are required to comply.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All subscribers will be automatically renewed each year using the same credit card and same payment schedule (single payment vs. payment plan) chosen for the previous season. More information to follow via email prior to the 2024/2025 season announcement. Please make sure the email address on file is up to date.
RENEWAL DEADLINE: If we are unable to automatically renew your season tickets for the 2023/2024 Season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 11:59 pm on May 14, 2023 to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard season subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by May 14, 2023 and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription package will be offered.
FLEXIBILITY: Ticket exchanges and seating upgrades are subject to seating availability at the time of the exchange. The difference in price is due at the time of the exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. If a refund is due to you, it will be credited to your account within 5 business days following the end of your exchange window. Some restrictions may apply.
PRIORITY ACCESS: Additional tickets are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional tickets include a $12 service fee per ticket. There is an eight (8) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card. Orders that exceed this limit will be cancelled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card.
PRICING: For the 3-Show Subscription, the price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as $52.50 in handling fees, a total of $7.50 in facility fees and all applicable taxes. For the Encore 2-Show Subscription, the price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as $52.50 in handling fees, a total of $5.00 in facility fees and all applicable taxes.
UPGRADE & EXCHANGES: Exchanges are subject to availability and must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your performance. If you exchange into a higher priced seat location or performance, the difference will be charged during the process. Some restrictions may apply. When exchanging into less expensive seating locations, the difference in price will be refunded to your original method of purchase or issued as a credit to your account. Some restrictions may apply.
ACCOUNT CREDIT: Account Credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of tickets for Broadway Across Canada shows directly through Broadway Across Canada. Account credit may have an expiration date. If using a payment plan, the full balance of your account credit will be applied first, with the remaining balance divided into equal installments.
